Cherry Cherry teams up with ‘new world creative agency’ Superimpose to create a digital SneakerNet world for Zalando’s latest experimental design campaign.
The post-production and VFX house worked with creative agency Superimpose, director and multidisciplinary designer Harry Butt, to reinvent the look and feel of a conventional sneaker store within the virtual setting of a pure digital meeting space for Zalando sneaker fans worldwide.
Led by Creative Director, Hugo Saunders, and working closely with Harry, the team at Cherry Cherry built four different scenes entirely in Cinema4D environments, and polished over forty bespoke stills for Zalando’s online and virtual storefront.
“The elaborate digital space is a dreamlike virtual shopping space and Utopian haven for sneaker lovers with abstract references to endless reflective landscapes, blue skies, drifting mirrors and screens”, said Hugo.
“We loved collaborating with Harry Butt, director, Toby Evans, creative director, and the rest of the team at Superimpose. Zalando has always been a bar setting challenger brand and we were able to take the agency brief and push boundaries by creating key concepts from scratch”.
Cherry Cherry is known for its’ high quality CGI and VFX output across all aspects of post-production, including stylised design and concept work for major global retailers.
